Speaking
If money is the currency of earth, what is the currency of Heaven?
I bring that question into rooms of leaders, owners, and teams who sense that success alone isn’t enough — and I bring evidence, not just conviction. I still carry a number as a VP of Sales, so none of this is theory from a comfortable seat.

What I Speak on
The Currency of Heaven: The Most Underrated Growth Strategy
Every economy runs on exchange. The world’s trades in achievement, profit, and control. Heaven’s runs on love — not sentiment, but the kind that gives without calculating the return, because it isn’t buying anything.
This session is what happens in a company when the currency changes. A sales team twelve months behind budget, read by the room as not working hard enough, was actually paralyzed. Six weeks after the pressure came off and trust went in, the month closed 17% up. An advisor stopped describing what he sold and started understanding what his clients were afraid of, and more than doubled his business in three months. Neither came from pushing harder.
Leaders leave able to see which currency their own organization is running on. The growth was fruit, not aim — which is the part no growth strategy can copy.
Stop Earning Your Worth. Start Inheriting It
For the leader who is already doing it right: prays over the business, gives more than the minimum, treats his people well, and means it.
This one is about identity. How a business quietly becomes the thing answering who you are, why it was never qualified to, and what it costs to keep asking. In the Kingdom, worth was settled before you produced anything, at a cost you could not pay.
Attendees leave with four questions, a few practices simple enough to actually use, and the beginning of working from acceptance instead of for it. Nothing about the calendar changes. Everything about the pressure does. No verdict, and nothing anyone has to say out loud.
Building a Legacy Bigger Than the Balance Sheet
Most legacy conversations are really about money moving to the next generation. This one is about what people carry out of having worked with you, or lived with you — the part no estate plan transfers and no quarter measures.
A resignation with no safety net that should have cost a friendship and deepened it instead. A calendar read honestly as a statement of what a man actually values. And a Game 7 that lost to a bad movie with my sixteen-year-old.
Attendees leave measuring differently — with legacy as something built in this week’s calendar rather than settled in a will. You never have to sacrifice a relationship to reach a financial goal.
I speak to leaders — at conferences, chapter meetings, leadership offsites, and men’s gatherings. Each topic works as a keynote, a breakout, or a multi-session series, and I’ll shape the length and emphasis to your room before the date.
What others say
Geoff writes as someone who has lost, listened, and learned — and who has discovered that what appears as scarcity in one system can, in another, become the doorway to abundance.

Geoff helped me shift my mindset from a transactional to a customer-focused approach. This shift has completely changed how I engage with clients. The results have been nothing short of transformative.

Bring this to your people
If you’re planning an event, gathering, or podcast and think this might serve your audience, I’d like to hear about it.
I still carry a full-time sales role, so I take a limited number of dates each year and I like to talk through the event before either of us commits. Tell me about yours and I’ll come back to you within a few days.
