The Exchange
A free four-hour workshop, online.
Saturday, November 14 · 9:00am–1:00pm Eastern · Twelve seats
Most of us were trained in one economy. It runs on performance, control, and accumulation. There’s another one underneath it, and its currency is love. I call it the Kingdom economy.
Four hours to explore how leadership, money, relationships, identity, and legacy work in that economy.
What happens in the room
We take each area one at a time, and I’ll give you the framework as we go, so it doesn’t matter whether this is new to you or something you’ve been living with for years.
Then five shifts:
earned worth → inherited worth
control → trust
performance → presence
accumulation → generosity
transaction → relationship
Most of the four hours is you writing, thinking, and talking in pairs. I talk for about half of it. The rest is yours.
Two things you should know before you come
Nothing is recorded
Not the session, not the breakouts, not your screen. What you write stays with you and what you say stays in the room.
Nothing is sold
There’s no pitch at the end, no card, no book table by the exit. I’ll mention what else I do for about a minute near the close, because it would be strange not to, and then we’ll finish.
What it costs
Nothing. This is a gift.
Who’s leading this
I spent two decades building a business, and lost it. What followed was the most humbling season of my life.
In that season Jesus reordered things. My worth was never in what I built — that was settled long before, at a cost I couldn’t pay. Everything else moved once that did.
I’m not through it. I lead a sales team where the numbers are real, I make money decisions with my wife, I’m raising a son who watches which economy I’m actually operating in, and I think about what I’ll leave. The five areas we’ll work through are the five I’m working through.
I wrote The Kingdom Economy, I speak on it, and I coach a handful of leaders through these shifts each season.
Geoff writes as someone who has lost, listened, and learned — and who has discovered that what appears as scarcity in one system can, in another, become the doorway to abundance.
